What areas do you work in?

We carry out apartment renovations in all the inner suburbs of Melbourne.

What types of properties do you renovate?

We specialise in apartment renovations but our previous projects cover all types of properties including apartment renovations, townhouse renovations, house renovations and renovations of whole blocks of apartments. We do both internal and external renovation works.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how much work we do. For very minor renovation works it might only cost $5000 up to $40,000 for major renovations or several hundred thousand dollars for a whole block of apartments renovation.

How long does it take?

This depends on the actual renovation works but it can be from as little as a week to around four to six weeks for major renovations. All renovation works are planned well in advance to minimise the time your property is not available.

Are you insured?

Yes. We have $10 million Public Liability Insurance cover & provide Home Owners Warranty Insurance if the cost of the renovation works is over $16,000.
